1. Website use

You may browse and use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it in any way that could damage or impair its availability.

2. Digital downloadable products

All products sold on the Archive are digital downloads (PDF and related digital files) intended to be printed and used at home. No physical goods are shipped. After a successful purchase you will receive an email with a secure download link, typically delivered via our digital delivery partner.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our Shopify-powered checkout. When you submit an order you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept when payment is confirmed and your download is made available. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its approved processors. Prices are shown in your selected market currency and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Product availability

We may add, update, withdraw or modify products at our discretion. Where a product is withdrawn after purchase, you will continue to have access to the files you have already downloaded, subject to the licence terms below.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, artwork, illustrations, puzzles, storylines, text, logos and product files — is the intellectual property of The Midnight Archive or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. All rights are reserved.

6. Personal-use licence only

When you purchase a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for personal, non-commercial use only — for example, in your own home, at a private party or as a gift.

You may print the files as many times as you need for the same personal event or household. You may not use them for any commercial purpose, paid event, classroom curriculum, corporate team-building or public performance without our prior written permission.

7. No resale or redistribution

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or lend any Midnight Archive file.
• Share, upload or distribute the files (in whole or in part) online, in cloud drives, on file-sharing sites or on social media.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from the files for redistribution.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notices.

Unauthorised sharing or resale is a breach of copyright and these terms.

8. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market as returned by Shopify. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is confirmed.

9. Liability

We provide our products and website "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Refunds for digital products

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered once files have been accessed or downloaded, in line with UK consumer law provisions for digital content. If you experience a problem with your download — for example a corrupted file, missing pages or a delivery issue — please contact us within a reasonable time and we will do our best to put things right. Any refunds are handled in accordance with our published refund policy where applicable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
